I hired Interior Design Construction Services (IDC Services LLC.) and its manager Ed Trevisani because I was looking for a complete “soup to nuts” interior remodel of my 36 year old townhouse (that I bought 21 years ago). He took the architect's blue print and proceeded to work with the township and his team to tear off the upper half of the house (upper duplex unit) and rebuild it into a far better building than was there previously without damaging the lower half of the house (lower duplex unit). He did a phenomenal job of removing the upper half of the house, having a new half of a house framed on top of the lower section. IDC did a superb job on our entire kitchen renovation. From the very start of the demolition everything was done efficiently, and any obstructions they found along the way were resolved without much difficulty. The workers were very polite and personable. They were timely and all the work that was performed was completed within the schedule that was presented to us. They were detailed oriented and they took pride in their craftsmanship. Our job presented some challenges as far as removing the existing hardwood flooring and then relaying it back down again. At the recommendation of fellow neighbor, we contracted Trevisani Construction Management to repair major structural damage to our home. Within a few days of meeting Ed, he assessed the work needed and provided a comprehensive, fairly priced remediation plan. Ed did a thorough job documenting all stages of the repair work. He even took time to take pictures supporting the “Before and After” views. Ed’s entire team were wonderful. They were professional, dependable and respectful of my entire family. There were days I would work from home and if not for the sound of the tools in action, I would forget they were there. Clean-up was always a priority for them which we really appreciate...

Ed was instrumental in bringing the project to a successful close. He was very concerned about quality and ensured the same of his employees and subcontractors. He was open to suggestions and made his own recommendations at every stage of the project. Late changes did not phase him.
